The international Campaign for  Boycott  Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Israel gives everyone, regardless of where they live, the chance to take peaceful positive action in support of the Palestinian people and their call for justice.  Palestinian civil society  has been calling on the outside world to boycott  Israel since  2005, and this call has now led to the development of numerous active campaigns, all around the world,  aimed at isolating the state of Israel until it abides by International Law and seeks a just peace with The Palestinian people. The BDS movement consists of  academic and medical,  cultural, and sporting boycott campaigns, campaigns for trade sanctions, an end to the arms trade, and isolation of Israeli trade unions and all  Israeli  institutions that are complict in the oppression of the Palestinian people.
